Motivating Learning & Inspiring Excellence
Rosie’s Theater Kids uses musical theater and arts education to teach important life skills and enrich the lives of thousands of underserved New York City public school students.
Year-round classes in music, dance, and drama enhance our students’ self-confidence while they work collaboratively with one another to share in the power of creating and performing.
Students also receive personalized academic guidance, college prep classes, and thoughtful mentoring in a safe and nurturing environment, promoting new ambitions and jump starting their young lives.
Rosie’s Theater Kids are rehearsing for life.
Celebrating 20 Years of Success
This is a very special year for Rosie’s Theater Kids! Twenty years ago, we taught “Magic to Do” from Pippin to our very first class of eager fifth graders at PS 51, and since then, we have shared the joy and power of musical theater with more than 25,000 New York City public school students and their families.
2024 Passing It On Gala
Rosie’s Theater Kids’ Gala took place on Monday, April 15, 2024 in New York City. Once again, our students delivered an inspiring and memorable performance for an audience of over 600 family and friends.
