Lynn Muller-Alisch joined RTKids in 2007 and currently fills the dual role of ACTE II & Arts Plus Manager, which encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to student academic support, student performances, and academic and artistic program administration. Having worked at RTKids for many years, she continues to focus on enriching the lives of young people by facilitating arts education opportunities.

Lynn fell in love with ballet at eight years old and studied ballet in Guilderland, NY before attending the School of American Ballet. She danced professionally with the Chicago Lyric Opera Ballet, under the direction of Maria Tallchief.

When she stopped dancing, and while earning her BA from Fordham University, Lynn began working as a program associate at Feld Ballets/NY (now Ballet Tech), a nonprofit professional ballet training-ground, conceived by dancer and choreographer Eliot Feld and dedicated to providing scholarships to NYC public school children who may not otherwise have the means, opportunity, or inclination to study ballet.
