Corporations can partner with Rosie’s Theater Kids in two unique ways.

Summer Internships

RTKids seeks corporate partners who are looking to diversify their summer internship programs with young people who would not normally have access to this important professional experience. We ask that each company accept an RTKids alum into their current program and provide them with a paid internship and other opportunities for learning and networking. We are happy to work within each company’s individual application and vetting process to ensure the best fit.

Our alumni attend top colleges and universities and study marketing, engineering, neuroscience, marketing, communications, public health, business, economics, computer science, and the arts, among many other subjects. Those who have graduated now work at EY and Jefferies and nonprofit organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations and New 42.

Benefits of Partnership

We hope that each company will join us in this exciting, mutually beneficial venture for a five-year partnership. In addition to being able to meet and work with incredibly dynamic and hard-working young people, each will receive the following benefits:

  • Board representation on the Rosie’s Theater Kids Board of Directors (if not already represented)
  • Ongoing branding and marketing opportunities on the RTKids website and in print and digital materials
  • Employee engagement opportunities, including participation in career panels and mentorship connections
  • Tickets to Rosie’s Theater Kids Passing It On Gala and acknowledgement from the event stage
  • A special performance by Rosie’s Theater Kids’ current students at their New York City office

Employee Engagement

Rosie’s Theater Kids is an ideal organization for companies looking to offer unique volunteer and community engagement opportunities to their employees.

Please reach out to Lauren Wessler, Director of External Relations, at [email protected] to learn more about these two opportunities.
